Infinity Clean provides carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, car seat cleaning, flood restoration, and related cleaning services. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including room count, property details, stains, access, photos, and any other relevant information. We may update a quote if the actual work required differs from the information provided. A booking is confirmed only after we accept the requested time and service details.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate service details, safe access to the property, parking or access instructions where needed, and moving fragile or valuable items before our team arrives. Please let us know in advance about delicate materials, existing damage, severe stains, odours, pest issues, or other conditions that may affect the service.

Payments

Payment terms will be provided with your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when the service is completed. Late or unpaid invoices may result in follow-up communication and recovery of reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We may need to reschedule services because of staff illness, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, weather, traffic, or other operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice where possible.

Results and Limitations

We aim to deliver professional cleaning results, but some stains, odours, wear, sun damage, dye transfer, pre-existing damage, or permanent marks may not be fully removable. We do not guarantee restoration of items to new condition. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, booking tools, or customer communication systems. This includes submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or using our systems for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
